Remote Testing Mannequins & Athlete Replicas

If you’re planning remote testing and can’t bring your athlete on site, we offer flexible mannequin solutions to keep your programme moving. You can hire one of our in-house mannequins, book a rider (ideal for use with the pedalling rig), or create a fully accurate replica by scanning and 3D-printing your athlete, enabling repeat testing without the need for frequent travel.



Life-size, athlete-specific 3D printed mannequins can be booked directly through Catesby Projects, or via SSEH for full project management from scoping to delivery.

Our mannequins will fit bikes that meet the dimensional criteria listed below. Confirm your bike’s measurements align with these requirements before use.

The Road and Sprint Mannequin will fit bikes with the same below dimensions:

E – 665mm

The TT Mannequin will fit bikes with the same below diamensions:
